CRS - Certified Residential Specialist is the highest, most difficult to attain designation offered through the National Assoc of Realtors.  It not only includes the most up to date educational requirements, but there is an "experience" requirement.  You have to have a minimum number of years experience and minimum number of successful real estate transactions as prerequisite for the educational requirements.
CLHMS - Certified Luxury Home Marketing Specialist is an earned certification for educational requirements as well as experience requirements for listing and selling properties in the top 10% of your area market.
